Please read these terms before using Cedar City Strength & Conditioning’s services. By scheduling or attending sessions, you agree to these terms.
Services and sessions
- We provide strength and conditioning coaching, including small‑group training, classes, and 1:1 coaching.
- Sessions may require advance scheduling and are subject to coach availability.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and arriving on time for sessions.
Health and safety
- You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions and to train within safe limits.
- Participation involves inherent risks. You assume responsibility for your personal health and safety while training.
Payments
- Payment is due upon scheduling or attendance unless otherwise agreed.
- Memberships, packages, and drop‑in fees (if offered) will be described at time of purchase.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be charged.
Personal items
- Please do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar City Strength & Conditioning’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service related to the claim.

Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
